Green Valley, Arizona

Green Valley Townhouse Association was one of the oldest HOA's in Green Valley, AZ

 

It was incorporated in the State of Arizona in 1964 by the Maxon Company - the original developer, and it remained that way until November 1966, when there were enough residents to take over the operation of the Association as a 55+ community.

Consisting of three small neighborhoods located off Esperanza Boulevard just north and south of La Canada. Townhouses 1, 2 and 5 are among the original neighborhoods in Green Valley, featuring mostly adobe territorial-style townhouses. GVTH 1-Maxon Circle  is located north of Esperanza Blvd. and west of the Green Valley Community Church.  It includes the frontage road on Esperanza Blvd. and Paseo Solana, and consists of 50 townhouses.

GVTH II is located on the original west boundary of Green Valley, east of Esperanza Estates, south of Esperanza Blvd. and includes Paseo Seco, Paseo Chico, and Camino Corto.  There are 60 townhouses.

GVTH 5 consist of 44 townhouses and is located north of Esperanza Blvd., between La Canada and I-19 (not including the commercial property to the east and west).  It includes the frontage road on Esperanza Blvd. and Las Yucas, Los Pinos, Los Olmos and Los Robles.
